2. RCM Cost Composition
·Compliance Test Fee: EMC test, RF radio test and SAA safety test (decided by product risk and functions);
·Official Registration & Agency Fee: EESS database registration fee and local responsible supplier service fee.
3. Test Fee Range
Test cost is the largest variable. High-risk Level 3 products with SAA certification have the highest cost.CB reports with Australian national differences can reduce partial safety test fees.CE reports are not recognized in Australia with no offset effect.
4. EESS Registration & Local Agent Fee
Official registration fees refer to the latest EESS official tariff.Local responsible supplier service fees vary in service content; full-service agents are recommended to avoid subsequent additional charges.
5. Retest & Rectification Cost
Reserve 10%–15% budget for modification and retesting to prevent project delay.
6. New Payment Regulation 2026
Since March 1, 2026, mandatory certification fees must be paid directly by the applicant to the laboratory to eliminate third-party transfer risks.
