In 2026, cybersecurity documents are mandatory. Many applications are rejected for incomplete files.

·Korean agent authorization + commitment letter (Korean, often notarized)
2. Technical Files

II. Real Validity Rules
MIC Certification does NOT have a fixed validity period. It remains valid only if:

2.Standards are not updated.
3.Korean agent is active.
4.EESS registration is renewed annually.
Certification becomes invalid if:
·Wireless module, chip, or antenna changed
·PCB or firmware modified
·New standards enforced
·Cybersecurity logic updated
High‑risk products require recertification every 2–5 years.
