CSA International has four laboratories in Canada. From 1992 to 1994, they were all officially accredited by the U.S. Department of Labor’s Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA). 03CSA certification application process

1. Complete the preliminary application form, and submit the instructions and technical data of the copper cutting related products (including all electrical components and plastic materials) to CSA Ittermational.

2. CSA International will determine the certification fee according to the specific situation of the product, and then notify the applicant company by fax.

3. After being confirmed by the applicant company, a formal application form and a notice will be sent. The notice includes the following requirements:

a. After the official application form is signed, the wire transfer certification fee (which can be paid in RMB) will be charged to the office.

b. Send the test sample to the designated place according to the information

4. The designated laboratory will carry out the certification work on time.

5. After the certification test is completed, a preliminary report (Findings Ltter) will be issued to the applicant company. The details are as follows:

a. How the product structure needs to be improved to meet the standard.

b. Other data to be used to complete the certification report.

C. Please apply for the company to review the content of the draft certification record (Certification Record)

d. Marks required for CSA certification and how to obtain them.

e. Factory Tests required by the product.

6. CSA International will evaluate the applicant company's response to item 5 above.

7. At the same time, CSA Iternatinal will prepare a Certification Report (Crtification Report) for product production reference and tracking face inspection.

8. At this stage, under certain circumstances, CSA Itemationa| will go to the factory for initial Factory Evluation (IFE for short).

9. CSA leneatinol will issue a certificate of conformity (Crication of Compliance) together with the certification record (Crtication Record) to authorize the applicant company to add the ECSA certification mark on its products.

9. CSA nemetiol will issue a certificate of conformity (Certfiction of Complince) together with the certification record (Crticion Record) to authorize the applicant company to add the ECSA certification mark on its products. The applicant company needs to pay an annual fee every year to maintain the agreement.
