1. RCM Document Checklist

Safety Documents (EESS Regulation)

·Third-party test report and SAA certificate (Level 3 products);

·Key component certificates (CB/AS/NZS);

·Product nameplate, internal and external photos;

EMC Documents (ACMA Regulation)

·EMC test report issued by accredited laboratory;

·User manual with EMC warning statement;

·Electromagnetic compatibility technical file.

RF Documents (Wireless Products Only)

·Frequency band and transmission power compliance statement;

·Wireless module qualification document.

2. RCM Certification Cycle

·Early preparation: 1 week for laboratory selection and agent docking;

·Laboratory queuing & testing: 2–4 weeks;

·Modification and retesting: 1–6 weeks (depending on failure items);

·Report issuance & EESS registration: 3–5 working days;

·Technical document sorting: 1 week.

3. 2026 Real Cycle Reference

·Ordinary wired electrical products: 6–10 weeks;

·Wireless electronic products: 10–16 weeks.
