Mandatory for M1/N1 vehicles; special vehicles, small-batch models and classic cars enjoy exemption or simplified certification.
8. EU eCall vs Russia ERA-GLONASS
Independent systems with different navigation requirements, vehicle scope and technical architecture; no one-certificate-for-two-markets application.
