GB/T 45314-2025 has no official certification mechanism; only third-party test reports are issued instead of certification certificates. Once enterprises claim compliance with the standard on product publicity, it shall be legally binding under Standardization Law and Product Quality Law.
1.Confirm applicable terminal types and test items per standard provisions.
2.Select CNAS-qualified labs and confirm test scheme & quotation.
3.Conduct pre-evaluation to screen performance risks and avoid repeated retests.
4.Prepare test samples, technical documents and entrusted agreement.
5.Complete on-site testing, solve non-conformity items by rectification and retest.
6.Issue official CNAS/CMA test reports.
Conventional cycle: 45–60 working days without major rectification; over 3 months with repeated modification.
Report Validity Rules
No fixed statutory validity period for GB/T 45314 reports. The report becomes invalid if:
·Core hardware, microphone array and noise reduction algorithm are upgraded;
·Automaker regular sampling inspection finds performance inconsistency;
·Used for GB 45672 mandatory eCall compliance, following vehicle announcement validity rules.
In actual application, validity depends on automaker supplier management rules (1–3 years generally). Re-test is required for technical changes, unqualified sampling and product iteration upgrading.
