RCM is the regulatory compliance mark for Australia and New Zealand. It is NOT a paper certificate — it is a legal declaration that your product meets safety, EMC, and radio requirements. Without RCM, your goods will be blocked at customs.

I. Mandatory: Australian Local Responsible Person

Chinese manufacturers cannot apply directly.You must use a genuine Australian Responsible Person with a valid ABN to register on the official system. Fake ABNs result in invalid registration and seized goods.

  II. Products Requiring RCM

All electrical/electronic products for consumer use:

·Mobile, laptop, audio

·Charger, power bank, LED lighting

·Bluetooth speaker, smart devices

·Wireless charger, car electronics

Exempt:

·Industrial, medical, military

·Pure mechanical products

·Extra-low voltage devices
