1.Testing Fee (Major Part): GOST 33468 only covers voice acoustic test; actual certification needs packaged tests including positioning, communication protocol, EMC and reliability.
2.Audit & Certificate Fee: Charged by certification bodies for document review, report evaluation and certificate issuance; confirm all-inclusive quotation before signing contract.
3.Agency & Document Fee: Russian document translation, sorting and official communication; self-owned Russian team can save this part of cost.
Cost-saving Tips
1.Reuse EU eCall test reports for partial voice and protocol items; GNSS positioning test with GLONASS support cannot be reused and needs re-testing.
2.Compare quotation of domestic and Russian local authorized labs in terms of schedule and price.
3.M1/N1 conventional models have transparent standard cost; batch application for multiple models can enjoy preferential price.
Certification & Whole Vehicle Access
ERA-GLONASS is component certification for T-BOX/IVS terminal, which is a necessary condition for EAEU OTTC whole vehicle type approval, but cannot replace OTTC certification alone.
