GB/T 45314-2025 is a recommended national standard with no official certification application dossier; only entrusted testing documents need to be prepared for third-party labs.
1.Entrusted testing agreement clarifying test scope, standard version and retest charging rules.
2.Technical documents: product specification, microphone/speaker configuration, noise reduction scheme, interface and installation instructions.
3.Complete functional test samples with consistent mass production version.
4.Auxiliary materials: historical test records and official application letter as required by labs.
Part of test items need whole vehicle installation simulation; acoustic anechoic chamber tooling can replace real vehicles for partial projects, which shall be confirmed with labs in advance.
Testing Cycle
Baseline cycle: 45–60 natural days with smooth sample preparation and one-pass testing.Influencing factors: pre-evaluation arrangement, whole vehicle coordination efficiency, unqualified item rectification. Each round of rectification and retest takes extra 2–3 weeks.
Test scheduling will be tight near the mandatory implementation node of GB 45672 in July 2027; it is recommended to lock lab slots in advance.
