1.Applicant Qualification Documents
·Local Malaysian holder (SSM registration, TIN tax ID).
·Chinese manufacturer business license, trademark certificate, authorization.
·Official application form and compliance commitment letter.
2.Product Technical Documents
·Complete product specification.
·Circuit diagrams, PCB layout, BOM list.
·Product photos (external, internal, nameplate close-up).
·English/Malay user manual with Malay safety warnings.
3.Testing & Audit Documents
·SIRIM safety & EMC test reports from accredited labs.
·Valid CB certificates and reports (if available).
·Factory quality system documents (PCS only: QC records, component control, inspection reports).
II. Validity of Certificates & Reports
·ST COA: 1 year, renew 14 days before expiry.
·SIRIM test reports: valid up to 3 years, max 5 years accepted.
·PCS certificate: 1 year, annual supervision mandatory.
·BTS: valid only for the specific batch.
·CoR registration: 1–5 years, renewable 2 months before expiry.
III. Official Label Requirements
·Affixed permanently to product body (not packaging).
·Standard size, clear printing, no alteration.
·Unique certification number matching COA.
·PCS: labeled at factory; BTS: labeled after port inspection.
