·EMC mandatory for IT/AV, wireless accessories, high-power appliances.
·CB reports shorten to 3–4 weeks.
·Failure adds 2–4 weeks per retest.
3.Document Submission & Official Review: 2–4 weeksSIRIM QAS review → ST review. Inconsistent documents cause 1–2 weeks delay per correction.
4.Factory Audit (PCS only): 2–4 weeksOn-site inspection mandatory in 2026 (no remote audits). ISO 9001 simplifies process.
5.COA Issuance, Label Purchase & Affixation: 1–2 weeksLabels applied to product body per official format.
