1.Smart speaker/Wi-Fi audio: Wi-Fi-connected items follow 3.3(d); voice-data-collecting smart models add 3.3(e); pure local Bluetooth speakers without cloud linkage get exempted.
2.Router/Gateway/CPE: Comply with 3.3(d), extra 3.3(e) if user data is collected by cloud management platform.
3.Smartwatch & fitness tracker: Wearable collecting health/location data triggers 3.3(e); cellular-enabled adds 3.3(d); NFC-pay version covers all three clauses.
4.Kids GPS watch: Classified as childcare radio device with strict 3.3(e) rules, mostly required NB audit per EU2025/138.
5.Wi-Fi smart lock & IP camera: Wi-Fi =3.3(d); user access/video data storage=3.3(e).
6.POS payment terminal: Full 3-clause compliance, single-update-scheme products need NB certification.
7.Standalone-sale vehicle T-box: Full d/e/f compliance; OEM built-in T-box for complete vehicle only follows 3.3(d).
Exempted & Partially Exempt Items
·Pure local radio without internet access: Basic FM radio, simple remote controller, offline Bluetooth keyboard skip all three clauses.
·MDR/IVDR regulated medical radio devices: Exempt from e&f, keep mandatory 3.3(d) network protection.
·Wi-Fi LED bulb only receiving switch command: Follow 3.3(d) only without e/f compliance.
