GOST 33468 is a universal standard of the Eurasian Economic Union (EAEU), applicable to Russia, Belarus, Kazakhstan, Armenia and Kyrgyzstan. GOST stands for Russian National Standard, 33468 is the serial number, and 2015 is the release year.
All child safety seats exported to EAEU must comply with GOST 33468-2015 and obtain EAC certificate under TR CU 018/2011. This standard is equivalent to UN ECE R44/03, bringing convenience for enterprises with existing ECE R44/03 certification.

·Static Strength Test: Load test on fixing points, ISOFIX interface and support leg to check deformation, crack and fracture.
·Dynamic Crash Test: Core item for frontal crash simulation; test dummy head injury, chest acceleration and neck force. No side crash test required by GOST 33468-2015.
·Material Performance Test: Webbing tensile strength, buckle durability and energy absorption of buffer materials.
·Flammability Test: Combustion rate test for all body-contact materials, consistent with ECE R44/03.
·Installation Compatibility Test: Verify adaptability of seatbelt fixing, ISOFIX and support leg with vehicle interfaces.
Applicable Products of GOST 33468
·Weight Group Classification: Divided into Group 0, 0+, I, II, III per ECE R44 standard. Booster seats for Group II/III only need static and material tests, no dynamic crash test.
·Installation Mode: Cover seatbelt fixed, ISOFIX fixed and support leg type; multiple installation modes need separate testing.
·Functional Products: Seats with angle adjustment and anti-collision side protection shall include related functions in testing.
Practical Compliance Notes
Product nameplate information must be consistent with EAC certificate. User manual must be in Russian and match technical documents. Multiple configuration versions need separate certification or coverage test. EAC certificate is valid for 3 years, apply for renewal 3 months in advance.
