GOST R 33468-2015/2023 is a Russian acoustic test standard for emergency call voice quality, belonging to the sub-item test method of ERA-GLONASS certification. ERA-GLONASS is the mandatory emergency call system certification for EAEU market, based on TR TS 018/2011 and TR TS 025/2012, requiring GLONASS satellite positioning support.
·Jan 1, 2015: New vehicle models must be equipped with ERA-GLONASS system.
·Jan 1, 2017: All new vehicles sold in EAEU (Russia, Belarus, Kazakhstan, Armenia, Kyrgyzstan) are fully mandatory.
Applicable Vehicle Scope
Mandatory for M1 passenger cars and N1 light commercial vehicles; M2/M3 buses and N2/N3 heavy trucks follow transitional arrangements per official requirements.
